I love working out and living a healthy lifestyle&#8230;it makes me feel good, my mental health is at its best this way, and when I look good and healthy, I feel good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffffff\">Mental health is something that is very important to me. I have struggled with body image, obsessive weight control, learning to love myself &amp; my body, and many other mental health issues. The way we think about ourselves has a huge impact on our energy levels. Through this blog, I hope you will gain self-confidence, learn to think positive thoughts, and learn other simple tips you can use every day to improve your mental health as well as your physical health.
