Hey everyone! Travel Tuesday- who doesn’t love to travel!? Traveling has been a huge part of our lives since we were little. We have been very fortunate to have parents that have brought us so many places.
When our dad was a kid he never traveled and growing up in Brooklyn, NY, he thought there was concrete everywhere until one day his uncle took him camping and everything changed! He knew one day he wanted to get married, have kids, move to the country and bring his family on many vacations! Fast forward a few years and that’s exactly what he did!
We are a camping family and yes in tents! Lake George is one of our favorite camping spots and we go there almost every summer! Maybe some of you can relate, but something about camping and the stars at night and the boat during the day just gives you peace! What are some of your favorite camping locations? We’d love to hear from you!

We are also a huge Disney family! I mean who doesn’t love Disney? Aren’t we all just big kids at heart! We love Disney so much that in college I even did the Disney College Program. For those of you who don’t know about this fantastic internship, you have to check it out! I worked as a lifeguard at Blizzard Beach and it was some of the best times I had through college!

We’ve been on cruises, short vacations close by, and long vacations across the country! A vacation none of us will forget is our cross country vacation. We drove in a van cross country seeing 15 states, 17 National parks, and creating memories along the way. We slept in our car a lot with a few hotels along the way! This trip of a lifetime made a huge impact on all of us! We are a very close family and taking trips like these just made us grow even closer! Have any of you traveled cross country or living in an RV full time? We’d love to here about the different places you have been and your favorite spots!

Another trip that made a huge Impact on us was Hawaii! We spent a month traveling to the different islands, snorkeling, walking through sugar cane fields that led to waterfalls, and cliff jumping. We got to see huge sea turtles and swim with the dolphins. We even have fun stories like the time we changed in the trunk of our rental car- I’ll save that story for another day! These are all memories that we will cherish forever!

Trips like these have made all of us want to travel as much as we can! So much in fact, that I am now a travel agent and love helping couples and families create memories through traveling! You can follow me on facebook my joining my group @Kmetcalfedreamersdotravels . I can go on and on about traveling, but I’ll stop there for today! I’m so excited to share places we’ve been, tips and tricks we’ve learned along the way, and also hear from all of you! Thanks for following along with us for travel Tuesday!
